By using The Brand Force™, you agree not to distribute, resell, or attempt to reverse-engineer any part of its methodology. Unauthorized use will be subject to legal action. Let’s keep things ethical and strategic! 💥

Digital Products and Services

The Brand Force™ (the “Product”) is a digital suite of AI-powered brand assistants. By purchasing or accessing the Product, You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it, subject to these Terms.

Access Duration and Service Availability

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • The Product operates using third-party AI platforms and technologies (e.g., OpenAI).
  • The Brand CEO does not guarantee uninterrupted or permanent access.
  • Access may be modified, limited, or discontinued due to changes in third-party platforms, technical constraints, or business decisions.

Access Rights

Your purchase grants You:

  • A personal, non-transferable right to access and use The Brand Force™ for your business.
  • The right to use the AI-generated brand outputs for your personal or professional use.

You may NOT:

  • Share, resell, or redistribute access to The Brand Force™.
  • Copy, extract, replicate, or reverse-engineer its proprietary systems or strategies.
  • Use the Product in any way that violates applicable laws or infringes on intellectual property rights.

Intellectual Property Protection

The Brand Force™, including all related content, frameworks, names (e.g., SHRP, ICON, LUMI, AXIS, ECHO), processes, and outputs, is the proprietary property of The Brand CEO.

You agree that:

  • All rights, title, and interest remain solely with The Brand CEO.
  • No ownership is transferred through your use of the Product.
  • Unauthorized duplication, commercial use, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

Liability Disclaimer & Force Majeure

We are not liable for issues arising from:

  • Changes in third-party platforms (e.g., OpenAI).
  • Technical failures beyond Our control.
  • Regulatory shifts impacting AI services.
  • Acts of nature, cyberattacks, or government-related actions.

Refunds & Cancellation Policy

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once access has been granted.

Refunds will NOT be provided for:

  • Dissatisfaction with the Product.
  • Technical issues outside Our control.
  • Changes in AI technology or performance.
  • Business decisions to pause or retire the Product.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law:

  • The Brand CEO and Mallika Malhotra shall not be liable for any damages—direct or indirect—arising from your use of the Product.
  • In no event will total liability exceed the amount paid by You for the Product.

Changes to These Terms
