DIGITAL PRODUCTS


Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered (e.g., a PDF guide, workbook, e-course, or video content), it cannot be returned or refunded. This policy is in place because digital products are intangible and cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense.

However, if you experience technical issues accessing the product, or if you believe the product is defective, please contact us at mallika@thebrandceo.com within 7 days of purchase. We will work with you to resolve any issues promptly.

BRAND STRATEGY SERVICES


Our brand strategy services are custom-tailored to each client, and significant time and resources are invested into delivering the best results. Therefore, we maintain the following refund conditions for services:

1. Strategy Sessions & Consulting Services:

  • No Refunds will be issued once a session or service has been completed or delivered.
  • If you wish to cancel your session or service, you must notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled session. Failure to do so may result in a forfeited session without refund.

2. Programs, Courses, & Masterminds:

  • If you are enrolled in a multi-session program (e.g., a brand strategy course, mastermind, or workshop), you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase provided you have not yet accessed more than 20% of the program content. After 14 days or access beyond this point, no refunds will be granted.
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to mallika@thebrandceo.com, and will be processed within 7 business days of approval.

3. Payment Plans:

  • If you are on a payment plan for services or courses, you are still obligated to complete all payments. Canceling future sessions or opting out of the program does not absolve you of the remaining balance due.
  • Refunds are not available for partially completed payment plans.

EXCEPTIONS


Refunds will only be granted in the following circumstances:

  • Technical or access issues that cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Clear evidence of product defect or service failure.
